At Jim Jam The Label, we want you to love your loungewear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and including the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Generate your prepaid shipping label through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
